- What are your return policies?
You may return anything you purchase from The Nordic Shop as long as it falls within thirty days from the date of purchase. Please keep all original receipts, and make sure the tags are still attached to the item. Christmas exchanges/returns must be made by January 10th. Still not sure? - What exactly does UNISEX size mean?
Our sweaters come in two basic size categories: Unisex and Ladies (sometimes referred to as feminine cut). Generally, the unisex size is cut a bit more loosely, and the size difference is: Unisex Extra-Small = Ladies Small Unisex Small = Ladies Medium Unisex Medium = Ladies Large Unisex Large = Ladies Extra-Large Unisex Extra Large = Ladies XX-Large
- When will this year's Collectibles be available?
Some items are available now, and some of the Christmas ornaments and figures will not be available until the Fall. You may order at any time; we will NOT charge your account until we are ready to ship your merchandise.
- How long will it take to receive my merchandise?
We ship Ground UPS, anywhere in the United States. It generally takes three to five days, and we try to ship your orders the same day we get it. If there is a delay, or a back-order, we will tell you that up front. And, of course, we will not charge you until we actually ship your merchandise.
- What is your privacy policy?
This is a secure site, and you can shop with confidence that your personal information stays completely private. We do not sell or share our customers' names with other on-line or mail-order merchants.
- What if I don't see exactly what I want? Is it possible to contact your store with special requests?
Absolutely! We carry literally hundreds of items in our retail store, and we are always happy to answer questions and we do mail-orders on a regular basis. If you don't see what you want on our website, please feel free to call us toll-free at 1-800-282-6673. We will make every effort to find that Special Something for you.
- How are the sweaters sized?
Our Norwegian sweaters are marketed in two basic size ranges: Ladies (sometimes referred to as Feminine Cut) and Unisex. The differences are: Unisex Extra-Small = Ladies Small Unisex Small = Ladies Medium Unisex Medium = Ladies Large Unisex Large = Ladies Extra-Large Unisex Extra-Large = Ladies XX-Large. Unisex sizes tend to be a bit roomier than the Ladies styles. For further information, please phone our Customer Service Department.
