A new take on a timeless classic pattern. The Cortina Heron hat is made of 100% fine Norwegian wool. This yarn offers incredibly lightness and a unique, crisp look. By selecting the finest wool from the sheep’s very first shearing, the fibers are short, giving us a finer and softer yarn. The hat also features a rib-knit cuff and is lined with skin-soft merino wool for added comfort and superior moisture management.
Design Notes:
The pattern design is taken from our original 1956 Cortina sweater – our first ever Olympic sweater made for the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d’Ampezzo.
