The Nordic Shop's favorite socks! A mid to heavy weight sock that is perfect for hiking and layers well for winter sports. Made of a merino wool for moisture absorption and warmth, and a blend of nylon/polyester that resists pilling and adds excellent shape retention and durability.
Design Notes:
These socks take their design cues from the official Norwegian team sweater for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. The star pattern originates from the classic Norwegian eight-petal rose. The form is sharpened and crystallized, inspired by Chinese paper folding (called zhezhi) and Asian cartoons.
