Swedish Votive Spinners are a small version of the classic Angel Chime. They are a traditional part of Christmas and seasonal celebrations in Scandinavia. The Scary Town Halloween themed spinner features an assortment of pumpkins, spiders, and flying witches. The figures appear to spin and dance when the candle is lit. The heat produced by the tealight candle pushes the blades at the top, which causes the fan to spin and dance in the light.
