Return and Exchange Policies
The Nordic Shop is a small family owned business that specializes in the sale of unique seasonal items. For that reason we must adhere to the following set of rules for Exchanges and Returns.
• Contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order when you receive it.
• All Returns or Exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the Original Shipping Documentation. Include a brief note explaining the action required and include your contact information.
• All Original Tags and Labels must be attached. The item must be in Original Condition free of odor or wear. No Returns or Exchanges will be allowed for items without their Original Tags Attached.
• All Returns or Exchanges must be shipped prepaid and insured for the replacement cost of the item to the address above.
• Returns or Exchanges of Christmas gifts must be made no later than January 10th.
• No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Credits are processed as they are received. Credits must go back on the original card or a In Store Credit valid for 1 yr will be issued.
