Swedish Votive Spinners are a small version of the classic Angel Chime. They are a traditional part of Christmas and seasonal celebrations in Scandinavia. The Cardinal spinner features little red cardinals that spin and dance around a gold frame when the candle is lit. The heat produced by the tealight candle pushes the blades at the top, which causes the fan to spin and dance in the light.
