People have been asking for Lingonberry Concentrate for use in cooking and in cocktails. Now we have the perfect option from Hafi in Sweden. They are the ones that we get our Lingonberry and Cloudberry Preserves from and they are know for their pure qualities.
Here are a few of our favorite cocktail recipes for you to try. If you have one you like send us a copy with a photo.
Swedish 75
Instructions:
Combine 1.5 oz Aquavit (preferably Aalborg Red or Linie)
1 oz Lingonberry Concentrate
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
Mix Together with ice and strain into a Champaign Flute or Coupe
Top with Proseco and garnish with a lemon twist.
You will think that you are in a Copenhagen Jazz Club while sipping these.

Scandipolitan
Instructions:
Mix 2 oz aquavit (preferably Aalborg Jubilium)
1 oz triple sec
4 oz lingonberry juice
Juice of 1/2 lime in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a Martini Glass and garnish with an orange peal.
We make these in the Summer for a nice refreshing cocktail after a warm day in the sun. It feels like you are ready to sit down to an outdoor dinner with friends in Scandinavia while enjoying the Midnight Sun.
