Lars Own - Lingonberry Drink Concentrate
- Ingredients: Sugar, Lingonberry Juice, Natural Lingonberry Flavor, Citric Acid
- 16.9 oz. (500ml)
- Product of Sweden
Fruit, or flower blooms, are cooked with sugar to create a concentrated syrup (known as Saft.) Mix 1 part Saft syrup with 5 parts cold water (more or less for your preference) for a refreshing and preservative-free Scandinavian drink. Substitute your favorite sparkling water to add some fizz. Or experiment to create your own unique Nordic cocktail.

Swedish 75
Instructions:
Combine 1.5 oz Aquavit (preferably Aalborg Red or Linie)
1 oz Lingonberry Concentrate
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
Mix Together with ice and strain into a Champaign Flute or Coupe
Top with Proseco and garnish with a lemon twist.

Scandipolitan
Instructions:
Mix 2 oz aquavit (preferably Aalborg Jubilium)
1 oz triple sec
1.5 oz lingonberry Concentrate
Juice of 1/2 lime in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a Martini Glass and garnish with an orange peal.

Lingonberry Lemonade
Combine 1 oz vodka
1 oz Danish-style aquavit (Aalborg Taffel or Vikre Orevann)
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz basil simple syrup (Add and muddle 5 Basil Leaves to 4oz of Simple Syrup and let set in a refrigerator for 4 to 6 hrs, strain and enjoy)
1 oz Lingonberry Concentrate (adjust amount to personal preferance)
1 oz Danish-style aquavit (Aalborg Taffel or Vikre Orevann)
